Old Field Development purchased this home prior to having a definitive plan as to if we would renovate or plan to build a new home. As it turned out we made the right choice and as Suffolk County home builders we often jump at the chance to build new verse renovate. We designed the exterior of the home to fit in with the surrounding area as to not have it jump out like so many new homes do today. This turned out to be a beautiful home that sold in the first week of being listed so we could not have been to far off in our decision making.
