As Builders/General Contractors we purchased this home site on scene and prior to knowing the current occupants were a family of raccoons. This was a learning experience as raccoons do not only eat your garbage but also electrical wiring, sheet rock and anything else you put in there path.  In the end it turned out to be a great starter home for its current occupants who are no longer Raccoons !!
